About the Counsel

Atul Singh, Advocate, is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, engaged in contested litigation before constitutional and trial courts. His practice involves matrimonial disputes, criminal proceedings and civil matters at both trial and appellate stages, with emphasis on statutory framework, procedural discipline and clarity of record. Prior to entering the legal profession, he had joined and trained at the prestigious Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. The transition to law followed an injury attributable to military service. The discipline and professional ethos cultivated during military training continue to guide his preparation and presentation before the courts. Representations and Appearance include the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District and Sessions Courts, Family Courts and appellate forums across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to court practice, he publishes a blog on statutory interpretation and procedural safeguards. The practice remains independent and restrained, grounded in preparation, candour and respect for judicial process.
